The coaching journey described in this testimonial took place before the 5Rs of Leadership Reinvention framework was formally named. However, the movements you will recognise here, rooting, releasing, reimagining, and realigning, were already being lived in practice. This work spanned both leadership formation and creative practice, and later informed the frameworks and containers I now offer more explicitly.
