A six-month programme for people already building a practice who have not yet taken off. You set the foundation that was missing, then build, test, and ready your offer in community, in the right order this time.
See how it worksSix places per cohort | September 2026 start | Application required
You have done the training. You have built the practice hours. You have talked to the people you want to serve, and you know exactly who they are. You know the impact you can have, and you know what you carry in your hands. None of that is in question.
You have started building, and on paper it should be working by now. But it has not taken off. You built the way the marketplace told you to, copying what seemed to work for everyone else, and underneath the effort the questions have started:
"Working with Alberta felt like a true partnership. She created a safe, non-judgmental space where I could express myself freely. What I appreciated most was how she listened deeply and reflected things back in a way that helped me hear myself more clearly. The conversations always led somewhere meaningful, helping me uncover ideas and strengths I did not even realise were there."
Edmond KamaraCreative Director, Fashion Insiders
You came in all guns blazing, offer first, website first, copying what seemed to be working for everyone else. That is what most people do. And here is what nobody tells you: building a practice has an order, and when you skip it, you can spend two or three years trying to work out why it will not move.
The order begins with you. Not your offer. Not your niche. When you do not know who you are as the marketplace tests you, you decide from fear. You change direction when it gets hard. You underprice. You copy what works for others and wonder why it feels hollow and still will not take off.
This programme does the sequence properly, even if you are already in motion. First the foundation you skipped, who you are, what you are about, how this actually works on you, done quietly, one to one. Then into community, where you rebuild the offer, test it, and practise it before you take it back to market. That order is what saves you the years, the wasted spend, and the stress of working it out alone.
This is for people who are clear about their expertise and ready to run, and who are missing the craft of building and launching it well. Most arrive by one of three routes:
You are already building. You have a side hustle or a young practice, you are in the first few years, and it has not taken off the way you expected. You want to do it properly this time.
You have done the inner work. You have a concept and a clear sense of who you are, perhaps through earlier coaching, and now you need a practice space to shape it, test it, and take it to market.
You are starting from deep experience. A senior career behind you, a redundancy or a ceiling reached, or life asking something different of you, and you are ready to build from everything you already carry. You just need the packaging, the visibility, and the discipline of doing it in good company.
If you are still working out what your thing even is, that is a different and earlier piece of work, and I have another programme for exactly that, the 5Rs Leadership Lift. This one begins once you know.
You have a named methodology built entirely from your expertise. You know exactly who your work is for, not a demographic, a person who would say yes before you finish your first sentence. You have a positioned offer priced to reflect what your experience is worth, and a business model built for the life you are creating.
You built it in community, alongside a small group of senior leaders doing the same work. And by month six you have a methodology ready to go to market. Whether you launch then, or when the time is right for you, is entirely yours.
“Alberta brings unmatched clarity, insight, and a strategic approach. Her ability to shape thought processes into actionable thought leadership is extraordinary. She is a secret weapon for any executive seeking growth.”Uche Lotanna-AnajembaPeople and Culture Leader
The programme moves through the 5Rs of Leadership Reinvention, in the order that works.
Same person. Same journey. Two phases.
Phase 1 — The Foundation · Months 1 and 2
This phase is yours alone, and it is built to move quickly. It is the foundation work most people skip on the way in, the inner work that should have come first, done now so the rest can stand on it. You work through a video course at your own pace and have three one-to-one coaching sessions with me, an hour each, three hours of focused time together where I listen for what is underneath. Compressed into the first weeks, so you are into the build without losing momentum.
Before the offer or the niche, a reckoning with who you actually are, and the expertise only you can claim.
The honest look at the inherited scripts and borrowed identity you are carrying that do not belong in what you are building.
A rigorous enquiry into what you genuinely need to thrive, so the practice is built around a whole person.
“The coaching gave me space to slow down, reflect, and face what was really getting in the way. It helped me become more grounded and move forward with clarity about who I am and what I am here to do.”David IloriFounder and Youth Development Leader
Phase 2 — The Cohort Build · Months 3 to 6
Now you are in. In month three you join the cohort, a small group of senior leaders at the same stage, doing the same work. Every week you meet for a two-hour group practice workshop, where you build, test, and refine your work in real time with the others. Once a month, a specialist expert joins for a ninety-minute masterclass, roughly an hour of teaching in their field, then thirty minutes of discussion on your actual businesses. You are not learning marketing or business planning from a generalist. You are practising in a room before you ever step into the market.
Framework and offer. You build and name your own methodology, structured and distinctive. With a specialist in programme and offer design.
Positioning first, then marketing and visibility across email, social media, and website. With a specialist in positioning and marketing.
Your business plan, pricing, and the operational architecture: the systems, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations that make it sustainable. With a specialist in business strategy and operations.
Personal branding and a sustainable visibility approach. When you take it to market is your decision.
Most programmes are one person teaching everything. This one pairs my coaching with a curated panel of specialists across the build: an offer and programme design specialist, a marketing and branding specialist, and a business model and operations specialist. Each joins the cohort for a monthly masterclass in their field, working on the room's real businesses, not delivering a generic lecture.
My coaching holds the thread through all of it, the weekly practice workshops and the one-to-one foundation beneath them. The specialists bring depth where depth matters. You get both.
“Working with Alberta was one of the most impactful parts of my professional and personal growth. She helped me move from reflection to action, with the confidence, visibility, and practical habits to lead with purpose.”Sajay LawsonManager, Banking
"Alberta's coaching was genuinely hopeful and inspiring. It uplifted me and helped me feel supported and hopeful again about the challenges I was facing. I came away with a clear sense of what was right for me and what my next steps needed to be. Her framework is exceptionally well developed and thorough. I found it highly effective."

Psychotherapist, Integrative Wellness Coach
When Esana began, she wanted to align her work with her values. In Rooting she uncovered the limiting beliefs shaping her decisions and reframed them. In Releasing she found the courage to name what had been getting in the way. When life became most demanding, the Resting work reminded her that rest is a sacred act of renewal, not just a pause.
In the build phase we translated her mission into a concrete business: her ideal client, her offerings, a product strategy built from her strengths. There were moments of doubt. We worked through them, grounded in the clarity of the foundation work.
The outcome: Esana launched Reset and Thrive, a practice in Sacred Rest and Slow Living, built entirely on her expertise, her values, and the clarity she found through the process.
Esana on launching Reset and Thrive
Esana IloriPsychotherapist at Reset and Thrive | resetandthrive.co.ukI have spent more than two decades in learning and leadership development, across community organisations, international development, and corporate environments, in the UK and Qatar, with projects spanning Africa, South America, and the United States. For most of it, I was the person helping other people build.
Getting here took more than one leap, and not all of them landed cleanly. What I did not have, and what cost me years, was someone who could hold the inner work and the business work in the same breath, and tell me what I needed, in what order, and why.
The 5Rs framework emerged from that journey and from hundreds of coaching hours with high-capacity leaders in transition. It is not a methodology I read about. It is one I walked. I hold an MA in Theological Leadership alongside my coaching accreditation, and I bring all of it into this work.
“Alberta created a safe and supportive space where I felt free to be expressive, open, honest, and even vulnerable. She challenged me to push through limiting boundaries, believe in myself, and let go of what had been holding me back.”Mariama KamaraFounder and Director, Smiling Through Light NGO
Whether you are building a coaching practice, a consultancy, a wellness programme, a leadership offer, or a book, this produces the same thing: a version that is unmistakably yours. Saturation happens at the category level. It does not happen at the level of a genuinely distinctive practitioner.
Built entirely from your expertise. Not borrowed from anyone’s playbook.
Clarity on who your work is genuinely for, and how to reach them.
A service you can charge for, priced to reflect your experience.
A twelve-month strategy that is operational, not aspirational.
Tools, systems, pricing, contracts. A spine from day one.
A methodology ready to go to market. When you launch is your decision.
£6,000
The full programme fee. Payment in full is welcomed and appreciated. Monthly payment over six months can also be arranged, and the terms are something we can discuss together.
A cohort of six, growing to twelve in the build phase. That scale is what lets me hold the one-to-one work and the coaching at the depth this requires. An application and a conversation come before enrolment. This is mutual: you decide whether this is right for you, and I decide whether this is the right moment. If it is not, I will tell you honestly, and we will talk about what would make it so.
Not the right moment to apply? Keep in touch.
You could be in the same place. Still planning. Still waiting for the right time. Or you could have a practice with your name on it, a framework that is genuinely yours, ready to go to market when you are, and a client who understood you before the first conversation and paid you what your experience is worth.
The work you were meant to do does not stop being possible. It needs the right conditions to become real. This programme is those conditions.
This is the first step of a mutual conversation. Take your time, the depth of your answers helps me understand where you are and whether this is the right moment.
