The journey moves through the 5Rs of Leadership Reinvention in the order that makes real change hold. There is a reason it starts with you. Step into the marketplace without understanding yourself, your story, and your position in it, and you can spend years, and a great deal of money, building the wrong thing. Begin from clarity, and your positioning is strong, your offer is yours, and the right people find you. Each session is seventy-five minutes, one to one, online.

Identify and release the beliefs, habits, and roles that no longer serve you. We shed the corporate weight and the reflexes of survival and expediency, the patterns that would undermine you as a new practitioner, and build the resilience the first two years of any venture demand.
Create space to pause and to contend. You learn to sit in the gap between who you are now and who you are becoming. This is the wrestle that ends in a new name, and you gather the practices that will sustain you when the building gets hard.
Dream from a place of freedom. Here we coin the offer itself, drawing on your story, your expertise, and your values to shape what you bring and for whom. The result is distinctively yours, built on who you are becoming and not a copy of someone else's work.

I have built things in different parts of the world, and for most of that time I was the one helping other people grow into their leadership.
I am a first-generation leader myself, a mother and a builder at once, walking the same entrepreneurial road I now walk with you. I know what it is to shape something from your life's work, the doubt and the discomfort of it, because I have done it for myself and alongside others.
What makes this work different is what I hold together: coaching psychology, theological grounding, business sense, and storytelling, in service of the whole person. My coaching is coactive and narrative, drawing on scripture, myth, and the wisdom of ordinary life. We move from philosophy to strategy in a single sitting, from who you are becoming to the numbers and the market, without losing the thread. It is a discernment you are unlikely to find with an ordinary leadership or business coach.
The 5Rs framework emerged from that journey and from hundreds of coaching hours with leaders in transition. It is a methodology I walked before I taught it. I hold an MA in Theological Leadership alongside my coaching accreditation, and I bring all of it into the room.
